On 25 November 2011 A. Kanshin met with President of the Reserve Military Union Public Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Co — Chairman of IAC general — major A. Isengulov in the headquarters of the International Advisory Council of Reserve Officers (IAC).
In a friendly atmosphere they discussed a wide range of issues on activities of Kazakh veterans, IAC Secretariat and its members.
A. Isengulov was informed in detail on multifaceted activities of the National Association of Unions of the Armed Forces Reserve Officers (MEGAPIR) and its structures.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the «Megapir» Association, A. Kanshin
decorated A. Isengulov with Officer Valour Medal of the 3d degree.
The guest from Astana invited the delegation of the Association to make a visit to Kazakhstan to get acquainted with work of the Reserve Military Union Public Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to hold meetings and negotiations with representatives of structures the Republic of Kazakhstan interested in activities of IAC and to discuss prospect areas of cooperation. «The visit is scheduled for the near future,«- Executive Secretary of IAC A. Kumakhov said.
