On November 29, 2011 Chairman of the International Advisory Council of Organizations of Reserve Officers (IAC) and the National Association of Unions of the Armed Forces Reserve Officers (MEGAPIR) Alexander Kanshin and Executive Secretary of IAC Anatoly Kumakhov met with President of the з. О. — OSV East — European Union of Experts, Secretary General of the Society of Assistance to National and International Expert Affairs R.A. — SAE Holger Craft who arrived in Russia for an official visit. Working at a global level, the association is a professional economic union of natural and legal persons linked with both national and international expert affairs to achieve common interests.

Before the negotiations started, the guest from Munich got acquainted with IAC headquarters, the first issue of IAC Officer’s Fraternity Journal and told about a wide range of possibilities to certify specialists, including reserve officers, in various fields, which is of particular importance in an age of economic globalization.

The focal issues of the talks were prospect ways and areas of cooperation, the development of the Russian, German and some European countries’ economies as well as recessions and risks. «Russia has a great number of reliable and decent partners pleasant to cooperate with and «Megapir» is, undoubtedly, one of these partners, that’s why we are ready for close cooperation with Russia," H. Kraft emphasized.
