Belgrade, Serbia. 25 April. INTERFAX-MNA — The prospects of further work and expanding the geography and formats of activities of the International Advisory Committee of Organizations of Reserve Officers (IAC) was discussed at a meeting that took place in Belgrade, reports a correspondent of Interfax-MNA.

He stressed that with the French Federation now IAC includes 29 international organizations from 27 countries. «We are numbering over 7 million reserve flag and commissioned officers. We are turning into an influential actor, and it is important to deliver a message to our countries and to our peoples, that all veterans as one man, are for peace», emphasized Mr. A.Kanshin.
The President of IAC was unanimously supported during meeting discussions by Colonel General Vidoje Pantelich, Chairman of the Committee of the Club of Generals and Admirals of Serbia, Major General Frantishek Blanarik, Chairman of the Generals Club of Slovakian Republic, Lieutenant General Stoyan Topalov, Chairman of the Central council of Officers and Sergeants of Reserve of Republic of Bulgaria, Iurii Donskyi (Ukraine),
The Belgrade meeting of IAC has also resolved to establish an international military philosophy society and its publication which will be issued in Russian and English languages.
«Due to intensification of extremists’ activities in a number of regions in the world, revival of nationalism and extremism, it becomes critical to unite the efforts of researchers, public and political activists, military veterans, for the sake of directing the development of our civilization, contrary to forceful development, by means of creation of atmosphere of peace and development of universal values within a unified action named „Mission of Peace and Friendship“. That is what will be the principal mission of the international military philosophical partnership», Mr. A.Kanshin stressed.
The attendees of the IAC meeting in Belgrade also studied and approved a draft concept of an international festival of movies and TV programs «For World Free of Wars and Military Conflicts».

During the opening ceremony of the International Scientific Conference «The First World War: Causes, Lessons, Conclusions and Modernity» the President of IAC, Mr. A.Kanshin presented the Officer Solidarity Medal as an honorary award of IAC to the Minister of Defense of Republic of Serbia Mr. Nebojsha Rodich and Chief of General Staff of Serbian Armed Forces General Ljubisha Dikovich. The IAC was founded in March 2011 in Moscow. At the Second Meeting which took place in Bratislava, Slovakia, in May 2012, the International Advisory Committee was transformed into the International Advisory Committee of Organizations of Reserve Officers; Mr. A.
