On November 28, 2011 Executive Secretary of the International Advisory Council of Organizations of Reserve Officers Anatoly Kumakhov held a working meeting with President of the Norwegian Association of Reserve Officers general Sigurd Khellstrom who arrived on his own initiative in Moscow as part of the People and Defense delegation.

The parties concerned exchanged views on the issues concerning activities of the International Advisory Council of Organizations of Reserve Officers (IAC). A. Kumakhov informed the leadership of the Norwegian colleagues on the first meeting of IAC, current work of the Executive Secretariat of IAC, handed over printed copies of the final documents of the meeting, the first issue of IAC Officer’s Fraternity Journal, the video film about the meeting and other materials of IAC and the National Association of Unions of the Armed Forces Reserve Officers (MEGAPIR).

General S. Hellstrom voiced a positive attitude towards activities of the Executive Secretariat of IAC and the «Megapir» Association, expressing interest in developing bilateral and international cooperation.
