During the Xth conference of The National Association of The Armed Forces Reserve Officers Organizations (MEGAPIR) was made a decision to develop international activities of the Association.

Representatives of various countries reserve officers organizations which entered the Organizing committee on establishing the International advisory Council participated the conference. Anatoly Kumakhov — Megapir Coordinator for international programs was elected as Executive secretary of the Organizing committee.
