Meeting with the Attache Hickox

On 13 April, 2012 the Chairman of the International Advisory Council of organizations of reserve officers Alexander Kanshin met with the Air Attaché at the U. S. Embassy in the Russian Federation, United States Air Force colonel Joseph C. Hickox, at the initiative of the latter.

The Assistant Attaché Major Chris Shamblis and the Executive Secretary of the International Advisory Council, Anatoly Kumakhov participated in the meeting.

A.Kanshin informed the U.S. military diplomats about activities of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on issues of national security and socio-economic living conditions of the military, their families and veterans, the International Advisory Council of organizations of reserve officers and the National Association of Unions of the Armed Forces Reserve Officers (MEGAPIR), including matters related to the work with veterans. D.Hikoks, in his turn, spoke about the activity of veterans' organizations of the United States.
