«The Defense and Security» Journal № 323 as of March 26, 2012 features the Forum «On spiritual and moral component of the Russian military architecture. Nowadays and prospects» which was held at the Russian Federation Public Chamber on March 22, 2012.

The Forum was organized by the Russian Association of Scientific Assistance (RASA) and the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on issues of national security, social and economic conditions of living of servicemen, their family members and veterans.
