IAC — not a political organization and does not interfere in the affairs of other organizations and countries. Then the question arises, why the IAC discusses international problems. It because that the situation developing in the world today, encourages organizations to clearly express its position that the international community should use to resolve of military conflicts all the possibilities — political, economic, diplomatic, but not of force, and insistently to counteract retraction in the settlement of disputes armed forces.
