Reception at the Embassy of Poland

On December 6, 2011 Chairman of the International Advisory Council of Organizations of Reserve Officers (IAC), member of the Russian Federation Public Chamber Alexander Kanshin at the reception of the Embassy of Poland met with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary ambassador of Poland to Russia Mr. Voytsekh Zayonchkovski and attaché on defence issues Mr. Miloslav Charnota.

Alexander Kanshin told about main field of activities of the Public Chamber and work of the International Advisory Council of Organizations of Reserve Officers. He handed over Voytsekh Zayonchkovski the first issue of the Officer’s Fraternity Journal published by the IAC and a video film devoted to the first session of the Council.

Alexander Kanshin invited the Polish ambassador and the attaché on defence issues to attend the IAC head — quarters and the central office of the National Association of Unions of the Armed Forces Reserve Officers (MEGAPIR).

The embassy reception was held on the occasion of Head of the General Staff of the Army of Poland General Mechislav Chenukha’s visit to Russia. The Executive Secretary Anatoly Kumakhov informed Mechislav Chenukha on activities of the International Advisory Council of Organizations of Reserve Officers and his recent visit to Warsaw during which he had negotiations with the leadership of the Association of Servicemen of the Army of Poland.
