In the journal «Defence & Security» № 323 of March 26, 2012 there was published an article about the past Forum, «The spiritual and moral component of military construction in Russia. The present and prospects», conducted within the walls of the Public Chamber of Russia on 22 March, 2012.

The Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on the issues of national security and socio-economic living conditions of the military, their families and veterans together with the Russian Association for the Advancement of Science organized the forum.
