The Secretariat of the International Confederation of Generals, Admirals and Reserve Officers (ICO) in the framework of new areas of work is holding the next, Third International Competition of Amateur Photos of ICO members under the motto «PLANET EARTH - IS OUR COMMON HOUSE. BEAUTY SAVES THE WORLD»

WE INVITE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN THE THIRD INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

AMATEUR PHOTOS

«PLANET EARTH - IS OUR COMMON HOUSE.

BEAUTY SAVES THE WORLD»

Please for participation in the contest, we ask you to send the original

photos (in electronic form) to the Organizing Committee of the Competition (ICO Secretariat: iacro@mail.ru), reflecting the world through the eyes of the military outside of service: photo moments recorded by amateur photo members of your organization on the following subjects: nature, people, art.

CONDITIONS (regulations) of the COMPETITION:

1. The deadline for submission of photographs to the Organizing Committee of the competition is 20 October 2019.

2. The number of photos of one author - 5 pieces.

3. Photos for their evaluation will sent to the organizations of the ICO in anonymous form - under the numbers. (Photo numbers assigned in the order they received by the ICO Secretariat).

Exhibited assessment forwarded to the Organizing Committee.

4. Estimations of photos - on a 5 point scale.

5. Each photo should receive a rating from 1 to 5. The winners of the competition (1, 2, 3 places) will be the authors of the photos who received the more numbers of «5» marks from each their 5 photos in organizations of ICO. With an equal number of ratings «5», will be winner who will awarded with a large number of ratings «4», etc.

6. The results of the competition will announced on 20 November 2019.

7. Winners of the competition will awarded with diplomas.

8. The results of the competition will posted on the ICO website, as well as sent to the winners, all participants and all ICO organizations.

9. The competition does not include photographs of military subjects,

as well as festive, reporting, veteran events, humanitarian actions held in organizations of the ICO.

10. For ensure fair competition, objectivity in the evaluation of the photos to determine the winners is not appropriate to send photos to the photo contest with the words and signatures, the names of cities and countries of the author, revealing the author.
