On 27 March, 2012 at the headquarters of the International Advisory Council of Organizations of reserve officers the delegation of the Federal Republic of Germany was preceded by a reception.

The chairman of the International Advisory Council, Alexander Kanshin, and the executive Secretary Anatoly Kumakhov discussed issues of interaction of veterans' organizations, in particular, the participation of veterans of Germany in the second meeting of the International Advisory Council in Bratislava, with the guests Christian Myussler and Igor Kovrigin.

Mutual interest was provoked by the proposal to hold an international conference in Baden-Baden.
