On behalf of the Secretariat and all the members of the International Advisory Committee of the organizations of reserve officers express sincere condolences to the French people in connection with tragedy, the death of any innocent people.

Deeply shocked by the horrific terrorist attacks in Paris, is a challenge to the entire human civilization.

We mourn with you.

We stand in solidarity with the French, with all those who are against such barbarism.
